Title & ID Policy

• Valid government ID required. Title assigned to the legal buyer name on the bill of sale.
• In‑state cash/wire: typical title release within 48 business hours after funds clear.
• Out‑of‑state sales and/or lien payoffs: timelines vary by state and lender requirements.

Returns & Deposits

Your deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of payment. After this window, deposits become non-refundable but are applied toward your purchase. We'll hold the vehicle up to 7 days while you complete inspection and payment.

Arbitration

If an arbitration clause applies to your transaction, it will be presented for review prior to signing. You may seek independent counsel before execution.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to complete your transaction, comply with law, and provide service. We do not sell personal information.
